YOGA whether you're looking for an athletic and dynamic experience or a deeper connection with your body and soul – Locker Room is offering you great yoga classes. Vinyasa yoga – a dynamic training method based on a soft, flowing pattern, while still maintaining the accuracy in each pose. Suitable for beginners. Ashtanga – a dynamic training method with fast pace and a regular pose series.
ATHLETICS - An intensive, high volume class that takes you to the edge. It builds athletic abilities, endurance and strength you forgot you had. Not for everyone.
BARRE - a body sculpt style class, based on dance moves
TRX strength or aerobics. Each instructor has their distinct style of training which allows you to choose the right one for you
BODY SCULPT A tough class for fast results that combines accessories and focuses on our favourite muscles – arms, thighs, abs and gluts.
BOXING a boxing class with heavy punching bags and gloves. This is not strictly a technique class, though. Its ultimate goal is not strictly technique, but a lot of burn, endurance and explosive strength as well.
FCT Functional Circuit Training – combines an aerobic efforts with dynamic strength exercises. Some movements are body weight, while others incorporate accessories like kettlebell, TRX, medicine balls or plyometric boxes. This class will improve all aspects of fitness: strength, endurance, explosive strength and balance. For people who like to sweat!

PILATES No muscle is left unchecked in this Joseph Pilates method based workout. We offer modern and classic combined workouts, focusing on stretches, core endurance and total body strength. Two levels available.
BURN CLASS All out High Intense Interval Training class. The class is all about burning as many fat cells as possible
ZONE WORKOUT A functional station based workout that includes five different Zones which focus on different elements of fitness.
CROSSTUDIO a workout that combines exercises from all studio classes. Aerobics and strength from our Burn classes, and more complexed movements from the Barre classes. These all make it into a proper studio style class, great for all you ladies. Despite being a group workout, each trainee will work at her own pace.
INSANE YOGA a fast pace and extreme workout built on Yoga movements with, music and candle light. Worth a try
